    Dark garnet to almost purple looking in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of soapstone, talc, leather, currant and Kirsch. Flavors of boysenberries, raspberries and plums. Medium acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink now with a little bit of air. (92 points)

    Purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of Kirsch, black raspberries and camphor. Flavors of black raspberries, plums and some Bing cherries on the finish. Medium acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink over the short term with a little air time to open up. (91 points)

    Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of flowers, smoke and berries. Flavors of tart berries and cherries. Tart acidity, resolved tannins, medium to full bodied. Drink now. I let this one go a little too long (found it during a cellar inventory). It is still very much drinkable but definitely past prime and heading down the hill. (91 points)
