    Zero intervention wine.

    Dark garnet color in the glass, fairly clear looking. Nose of roasted meat, a hint of blueberry along with some aspirin, black pepper and a odd green herb aroma. Flavors of cranberries, plums and boysenberries. Medium acidity, drying and biting tannin, medium to full body. Drink now.

    My guess is this is the 2016 K Cellars Syrah from Washington. Man, did I blow this one!

    Decant for sediment. Blowing a fair amount. (93 points)
