    Tasted blind.

    Straw color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Light nose of yellow pears and a little vanilla. Tiny bit hot. Flavors of green apples and minerals. Bright acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink now.

    My guess was this is Old World, France, White Burgundy, Chablis, 2015 La Roche. (92 points)

    Tasted double blind.

    Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of seabreeze, kumquat, a bit of fresh herbs and mixed yellow. Flavors of lemon zest, creme fraiche and yellow pears. Bracing acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink or hold.

    My guess was this is a 2011 Chablis. (91 points)

    Straw to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of matchstick, yellow pears and wet stones. Flavors of pears, lemon and a hint of cinnamon. Medium acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink over the short term. (90 points)
