    Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of talc, black pepper black berries and sandalwood. Flavors of black raspberries, black berries, black cherries and dark plums. Bright acidity, firm tannin, full bodied. Hold. (93 points)

    Tasted double blind.

    Garnet to dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of spice box, pepper, leather and mixed dark fruit. Flavors of tea, black berries and plums. Medium to tangy acidity, firm tannin, medium to full bodied. Drink now with air or continue to hold.

    My guess was this is a Bordeaux Blend, the 2000 Clerc Milon from the Pauillac, Bordeaux, France. (92 points)
