  • 2011 Paul Hobbs Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley – USA, California, Napa Valley (10/27/2018)
    WIMLNR (forgot)

    Tasted double blind.

Purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of boysenberries, pepper and Kirsch. Flavors of boysenberries, red cherries and red berries. Medium acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink now with air or continue to hold.

My guess was this is a 2009 California Cabernet Sauvignon. Unknown producer.
