    Yellow to dark yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of quince, apricot, Graham cracker, peach and wet stones. Flavors of lemon, apricot, persimmon, kumquat and minerals. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold. (93 points)
