    Garnet color in the glass, clear to slightly dusty looking. Nose of birch, black cherry and light notes of black pepper. Flavors of black raspberry, black cherry and a hint of plum. Medium acidity, medium tanning, full bodied. Drink over the short term, let’s call it 2 years tops. Pretty much pop and pour right now. (92 points)
