    Tasted non blind. Opened and decanted for about 1 hour before serving. Followed over about 2 hours.

    Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Spicy nose of potpourri, pepper and boysenberry. Flavors of boysenberry, black cherries and plums. Medium acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink or hold. (94 points)

    Tasted double blind.

    Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of Kirsch and black berries. Flavors of black berries, black raspberries, black cherries and plums. Medium acidity, firm tannin, full bodied.

    My guess was this is a 2015 Paso Robles Red Blend. Perhaps a Saxum?

    Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Tasted over about two hours.

    Purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Attractive nose of soapstone, lavender, loganberry and plums. Flavors of black raspberries, loganberries and dark, chewy plums. Medium acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink over the next few years. Ready to go. (95 points)

    Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of aspirin, dark berries and dark plums. Flavors of meat, plums and black cherries. Medium acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink or hold.

    My guess was this is the 2007 Saxum Booker or James Berry Vineyard. (94 points)
