    Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of flowers, talc and yellow pears. Flavors of yellow pears, apples framed over a slightly mineral streak. Medium to bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold. No rush to open. (92 points)

    Tasted double blind.

    Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of matchstick, peach and a hint of lychee. Flavors of peach, lime, light cherry notes and some minerals. Bright acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink over the short to medium term. I’d lean towards short term.

    My guess is this is a 2014 Moncontour Vouvray from the Loire, France. (91 points)
