    Tasted non blind.

    Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of ash, smoke, plum, currants and a hint of aspirin. Flavors of raspberries, simple red berries and a hint of cranberry. Medium to tart acidity, medium tannin, medium to full bodied. Drink over the short to medium term. I’d lean towards the short term. (91 points)

    Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about 2-3 hours.

    Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of aspirin, plums and boysenberries. Rich almost jammy flavors of raspberries, boysenberries and plums. Bright acidity, firm tannin, full bodied. Drink now with air or over the short to medium term perhaps. (92 points)
