    Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about two hours.

    Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of Kirsch,tobacco, black berries and plums. Flavors of plums, black berries and black cherries. Medium acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink or hold. (94 points)

    Tasted non blind.

    Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of soapstone, currants and plums. Flavors of cassis, berries, raspberries and cherries. Medium acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink now with a little air to kick start it a bit or continue to hold. Should be pretty swinging in about 3-5 years. Finally coming around. (94 points)

    Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of aspirin, berries and cherries. Flavors of berries, cherries, raspberries and currants. Medium acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink now with some air or continue to hold. (93 points)
