I am a lover of wine, food and travel. Three things that go so naturally together. This blog consists of my random musings on wine, food and travel interspersed with life events.
I’m married to my high school sweetheart who is also a great lover of wine, food and travel. We have two grown sons that also appreciate wine, food and travel. I own two small software companies in Arlington, Texas USA that keep the bills paid.
I’ve been tasting wine just a hair over 25 years but enjoying it even before that. I hope to share a glass with you soon and thank you for encouraging me to continue my musings on wine, food and travel. Salut.
Hi, nice to meet you !

Hi, I saw your blog on a certain forum and it seems very interesting about wines. I want to ask what are your most expensive wine bottles? Where are they come from and stuffs like that? Can I see the pictures of them? Please reply to thh1202@gmail.com because I want to learn more from you. Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂
Wine, food and travel. The trifecta, in our book, too. Enjoyed reading your site.

Thanks for your visit. If you are musing about wine, travel and food you must be doing just find. My muse is more aligned with creative writing. I hope to be back to see some recommendations for the few times I visit the State store. Once while visiting Maui we brought home some pineapple wine!
enjoying your blog thanks for sharing
WIML;
Have some questions for you about travel to the Provence. You were such a great help with the Piedmont, I thought I’d go back to the master.
Sandy,
Unfortunately I haven’t been to Provence.

Hi Joe,
I’ve added a new feature so you can publish your blog posts on Urbanspoon yourself without having to wait for us to do it! Here’s how it works:
– Make sure you’re signed into Urbanspoon.
– Go to your Urbanspoon blog page (not your user profile): https://www.urbanspoon.com/br/13/8998/Dallas-Fort-Worth/wineismylife.html
– Click “Edit blog settings”.
– In the Pending Posts section, click “Edit and publish my pending posts”.
– Then, enter the “snippet” text, verify the date and URL, and press Publish.
Please make sure that:
– The URL should be the permalink to the blog post (not the blog home page, a category page, a post preview, or a service like feedproxy).
– The snippet should be 2-3 sentences (quoted from your blog post) that gives an idea of what’s in the post.
– The snippet should NOT include bylines, dates, address info, captions, tags, HTML code, etc.
Note: there may be a delay of 1-2 hours after you post on your blog until our system detects the post.
We’ll give you one week to do it yourself, then it’ll go into our queue to publish.
Thank you for all of your contributions, and let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
Greg
