- 2002 Glaetzer Shiraz Amon-Ra Barossa Valley – Australia, South Australia, Barossa, Barossa Valley (2/27/2017)
Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about an hour.
Purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Lovely nose of black currants, black raspberries, roses and dark plums. Hint of roasted meat as well. Rich flavors of sweet dark plums, black raspberries and back cherries. Medium acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink over the short term. Showing really well right now without a decant. (94 points)
