- 1998 Moët & Chandon Champagne Cuvée Dom Pérignon – France, Champagne (2/14/2017)
Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about an hour.
Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with medium, steady beading. Nose of yellow pears, yellow apples and a bit of wet stones. Flavors of lemon zest, yellow pears and yellow apples. Bright acidity, full bodied. Still seems young and vibrant. Drink or hold. (94 points)
