Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of violets, cassis, black berries and plums. Flavors of plums, berries and cherries. Medium acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink or hold. Could use a little air still to open just a little before serving. (94 points)
