- 2002 Chartogne-Taillet Champagne Fiacre – France, Champagne (1/10/2015)
Tasted non blind.
Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, steady beading. Nose of sea spray, flowers and lime. Flavors of lemon, cherries and green apples. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold. I’m leaning towards hold a couple of more years and trying again at that time. WIML93, almost a WIML94. (93 points)
