Garnet to dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of birch, boysenberry, rose petals and black cherries. Flavors of black cherries, boysenberries and plums. Medium acidity, medium to firm tannin, full body. Drink now with some air or continue to hold two more years before opening. (92 points)
